By adding brewed alcohol to this brewed and ginjo sake, the fragrance is enhanced and it becomes a refreshing and light drink.Junmai Sake and Junmai Ginjo Sake do not use any brewed alcohol, and have a rich and rich taste.Due to the improvement of manufacturing technology, it is no longer "brewed alcohol = sickness", so please enjoy sake with confidence.

Rice polishing is 60%, which means that the surface layer has been shaved by 40%.
